Our client was a passenger in a motor vehicle driving east on State Road 50 (Colonial Drive) at or near the intersection with State Road 520. The defendant crossed the median and hit our client’s vehicle head on. Our client sustained significant injuries resulting several surgeries including a fixation of the right elbow, Irrigation and Debridement and fixation left femur, and fixation right femur. The case was tried and a verdict was returned in favor of our client and a judgment was entered for $11,634.542.00, which included economic losses and past pain and suffering of $3,000,000.00 and future pain and suffering of $7,500,000.00.
